Mrs. Azmeera Bobby is an accomplished aviation professional, transformational leader, and social impact advocate with over 17 years of cross-sector experience spanning aviation, government administration, education, corporate training, and community development. Widely recognized as India’s first tribal woman commercial pilot, she has broken barriers and emerged as an inspiring role model for women, youth, and marginalized communities across the country. Her journey from a tribal background to the global aviation sector reflects resilience, determination, and a deep commitment to empowering others.
Through Fuelling Growth Foundation, she leads initiatives focused on education, employability, entrepreneurship, community empowerment, and health awareness, particularly for underserved tribal and rural communities. She has held several influential leadership roles across government, corporate, and social sectors, including serving as a World Bank Advisor for the Tribal Ministry, Government of Tripura. She has also worked as a Senior Program Manager for Aviation and Aerospace at the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, where she contributed to skill development programs that connect youth with industry opportunities.

Mr. Harikrishnan is a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holder with diverse international experience and a deep commitment to social development. Having worked across more than 22 countries, particularly in demanding environments such as offshore oil rigs, he has gained extensive exposure to multicultural workplaces, operational discipline, and high-risk safety environments. These experiences have helped him develop strong skills in teamwork, coordination, leadership, and team building, enabling him to work effectively with people from varied professional and cultural backgrounds.
Beyond his professional engagements, Mr. Harikrishnan is deeply passionate about social welfare and community development. He regularly dedicates his time and efforts to initiatives aimed at improving the lives of tribal communities and underprivileged populations, especially in Telangana and other parts of India. His work reflects a strong belief in inclusive development and community empowerment, and he actively supports activities that promote education, health awareness, and social upliftment.
